A highly frequented city-center pharmacy was facing a major modernization. Limited storage space, increasing customer traffic, and a growing product range presented the team with daily challenges. Manual storage and order picking consumed valuable time, reduced staff capacity for customer consultations, and increased the risk of errors.
The solution: the Smart-FlexDEPOT — an innovative picking system that optimally utilizes even the smallest floor areas and adapts flexibly to any structural conditions.

Despite the tight space, the system was easily integrated thanks to its modular design. The pharmacy was particularly impressed by the high precision and speed with which the automation system supports the dispensing of medications.

At the heart of the system is a powerful gantry solution equipped with high-quality linear systems: LLZ 60, MLZ 60-SW, EGT 40, and LLZS 60. The combination of reinforced belt and spindle axes not only ensures maximum positioning accuracy but also delivers outstanding reliability during continuous operation.
The robust construction enables fast access, smooth motion sequences, and remarkable durability.
